What should I wear?

Any comfortable clothing is fine.  Baggy t shirts might dangle in your face but whatever you feel best in is great.

Can I do yoga with a health condition or injury

It's likely that you are more than able to practise yoga with a health condition or injury.  Be sure to let me know and I can help you modify the postures to keep you safe.

Should I eat before yoga?

It's most comfortable to practise on an empty stomach.  But a light snack beforehand can be good for energy!

I am not flexible, can I do yoga?

No matter your age, mobility, flexibility or strength, there is a yoga practise for you.  If you have concerns about this, contact me  and we can discuss your needs.

Do I need a mat?

For hygiene reasons, it's best to get your own mat. If you do not have one, you can rent one from me for £1 per class.
