Service Description
Journey inwards with this more 'passive' form of yoga which involves holding postures for extended periods of time (2-5 minutes). Almost all postures are floor based and the body is fully supported by props. This practice helps us create more balance physically, mentally and energetically working through myofascial lines, sinew channels and using traditional Chinese Medicine Meridian Theory to create space in the mind and the yin tissues such as ligaments, joints and bones. This practice is suitable for beginners and it is the perfect complement to the more active yoga forms and the stress from busy lives.
